apple crisp

This is a simple, easy and healthy apple crisp recipe.  It is also easy to make as a gluten free apple crisp.  This recipe can easily be doubled and cooked in a 9 x 13 pan.  If you want the apple crisp to be gluten free, use gluten free oats and omit the tablespoon of flour.  Though we do not have to eat gluten free, I often omit the flour just for convenience, so it works either way.  I only use one third cup of honey because Paul usually likes his apple crisp with ice-cream.  If you do not eat yours with ice-cream and want it sweeter, the honey could be increased to one half a cup.
